2 years ago we had a other plumbing company put in a tankless hot water heater for $5500 that never completely did what it was supposed to --instant hot water to all the bathrooms, kitchen, laundry--despite several follow up visits. We asked Billy at PPS if he could fix it and he said he thought so and quoted a price of a little over $1100. By the time he got here the following week later, he not only fixed it but figured out how to do it for just a little over $400 instead. How awesome is that??? Communication was great about, when he'd be here, when was on the way and with a picture of him so I knew who to expect. Billy is a rare find and highly recommended!!!

Had a pressure regulator issue at our HOA poolhouse that Billy not only took care of quickly, but was able to help make it more accessible and added an extra shut off value. Very professional, on time and very fair pricing. The thing that makes Billy stand out from the rest is his knowledge and quality work. This man took the time to cut away the wall in such a precise manner,so it could easily be patched back perfectly. He also cleaned before he left. His workmanship excelled all others. He's a superstar in my book! Highly recommend this company!

Billy was absolutely amazing. Our water heater failed causing it to need to be replaced. We were out of hot water on a Saturday night. Many people would have taken advantage of us but not Billy. He gave us all our options, educated us, didn't pressure our decision but as soon as we made one, he jumped to action, getting everything installed the next day. I highly recommend him for any work that needs to be done.

We had Billy back out in March for a failed sump pump. He got us back on track. I joke I only call him when there is a problem but it's like calling a trusted relative to help.
