Billy was absolutely amazing. Our water heater failed causing it to need to be replaced. We were out of hot water on a Saturday night. Many people would have taken advantage of us but not Billy. He gave us all our options, educated us, didn't pressure our decision but as soon as we made one, he jumped to action, getting everything installed the next day. I highly recommend him for any work that needs to be done.We had Billy back out in March for a failed sump pump. He got us back on track. I joke I only call him when there is a problem but it's like calling a trusted relative to help.

Contacted owner Billy Martin of Professional Plumbing Solutions on (Sunday) evening after sending a message to his company. Billy reached out to me quickly on (Sunday) and set up an appt to come to my house on the next day (Monday) morning to check out my problem. He came up with a game plan including an estimate for the repair which he sent to me by email. He made a 2nd appt to do the repair on (Thursday) and then came and made the repair. Billy was very prompt with keeping his appt time on both days as promised. He was very professional and pleasant to deal with. Billy Martin did an excellent job working on my Navien tankless hot water heater. I found it difficult to find an experienced plumber that works on the tankless heater with competence.

We had never used Professional Plumbing Solutions prior to an emergency situation. We looked up their information on Google and Billy tried to help us initially over the phone, then he came to the house. We have a family member with Dementia and this made our emergency more important to be resolved as soon as possible.A holiday was coming up which would delay even more getting the parts needed for our hot water heater and ultimately replacement. Billy drove to another state to get what was needed and repaired everything the next day. I can not say enough about the service, value and professionalism of this company. I had a white sink for 19 years. It was gross, and I could not get it clean any longer. Billy installed a new stainless sink and faucet and repaired an issue with a plumbing leak. He even fixed a caulking issue with my counter. I am very happy with the result and will use him again in the next project.

Billy came out to give me a quote on installing a new water heater in the crawl space, arrived on time and gave me a very competitive quote. He installed the water heater the following week without any problems and it works as expected. The piping and connections are really great looking. He was there only about 3.5 hours for the installation and checked the pressure and temperature for the set up. A very clean job well done. I highly recommend him.
