Another great installation from Professional Plumbing Solutions. Billy installed a new water filter system and outside frost free hydrant for us. He removed our old sediment filter and installed the new filter on the cement wall for better access. His work is exceptional.

Billy Martin certainly lives up to the name of his company. He is professional, with decades of experience, and committed to doing the job right. In my case, I needed to replace a kitchen sink and a rusting garbage disposal that were 20 years old, along with a really cheap faucet. Since I had no idea what products to buy, he agreed to pick out the sink, searched and found a high-end faucet like the one I had and liked, and played delivery tag with Fed Ex to get a stainless steel garbage disposal that will not rust. I had to do NOTHING! He updated me frequently during this product acquisition phase, made an appointment to install them, and actually showed up exactly when he said he would. During the installation he ran into the usual builder-generated problems we always see in this house. Boards had to be trimmed and Silestone had to be reshaped on the corners to allow the sink to fit into a corner cabinet configuration. He had the tools and the know-how to get the job done. I could not have asked for better and I highly recommend his services. We will be calling him back for future work, to be sure.

Billy was absolutely amazing. Our water heater failed causing it to need to be replaced. We were out of hot water on a Saturday night. Many people would have taken advantage of us but not Billy. He gave us all our options, educated us, didn't pressure our decision but as soon as we made one, he jumped to action, getting everything installed the next day. I highly recommend him for any work that needs to be done.

We had Billy back out in March for a failed sump pump. He got us back on track. I joke I only call him when there is a problem but it's like calling a trusted relative to help.

Well, apparently this is a running review. Its May 2025 and Billy was just out for a leaking bathtub faucet. As usual, a perfect experience. Issue solved in less than 2 hours

2 years ago we had a other plumbing company put in a tankless hot water heater for $5500 that never completely did what it was supposed to --instant hot water to all the bathrooms, kitchen, laundry--despite several follow up visits. We asked Billy at PPS if he could fix it and he said he thought so and quoted a price of a little over $1100. By the time he got here the following week later, he not only fixed it but figured out how to do it for just a little over $400 instead. How awesome is that??? Communication was great about, when he'd be here, when was on the way and with a picture of him so I knew who to expect. Billy is a rare find and highly recommended!!!
